Cammy Bean tagged me on the 8 Random Facts About Me meme (gee, thanks Cammy! I owe you one.)
If you read this blog you already know at least 100 random facts about me so what the hell, 8 more won’t kill you.
First, the Rules:
1) Post these rules before you give your facts
2) List 8 random facts about yourself
3) At the end of your post, choose (tag) 8 people and list their names, linking to them
4) Leave a comment on their blog, letting them know they’ve been tagged
Here you go:
1. I do not like to share diet Pepsi with kids who are eating Doritos.
2. I am 5 feet tall (or short) depending on your perspective
3. I was a foreign exchange student in high school in Belgium.
4. As a teenager, I once cut off all my hair because of a bad perm and made my mother cry as a result (sorry Mom!)
5. I once changed my clothes for a job interview in the parking lot in front of security cameras (which, regrettably, I found out later). I did not get the job.
6. I am left handed.
7. I married an mechanical engineer.
8. I suck at math.
And I tag (sorry)…
1. Lynn Wernham
2. Richard Nantel
3. Gary Woodill
4. Tom Werner
5. Ron Lubensky
6. Karyn Romeis
7. Kelly Christopherson
8. Artichoke

You’ve succeeded at creating a completely random list of facts. I’m delighted to know that there is someone shorter than me out there. I’m 5′ 3″ which suddenly seems tall….
If you’ve listed them, they aren’t random. :p
Thanks a bunch. Here is my contribution to the universal increase in entropy.
Cammy, so now you can see why the best use of a podium for me is to tip it over and stand on it.
Here they are then!!

The best thing about these meme posts is the serendipitous journeys that follow, leading the reader to great blogs like yours. I was going to tag Kelly Christopherson, but you had already tagged him and that led me here…
Hey Janet! Are you footloose and fancy free? Did I read that right? (ie, from BH not from mech eng)
Since I think highly of you (awww, now you can sleep better at night with that official endorsement) I wanted to offer you a virtual shingle. Not sure what you would do with one but we are including eLearning big shots in the mix and anyone that uses clustereff is pretty alright in our books (being Canadian, I simply can't say the word – we have a polite rep to maintain – oh wait, I am French Canadian, screw the rep!).
Anyway, just a shout out from Portsmouth and we would love to build you a virtual office if you ever want one (no strings attached).
Good luck in Oz, lots of virtual world nuts down there. =)
Thank you. I love it when I see a comment from you in my email. Might take you up on that offer.
We would be thrilled to make an office for you. Any particular architectural style that you like?
Ener is actually looking for more projects and will build stuff just for the sake of building.
There isn't any particular style that comes to mind. If you'd like to build something, I'd love it. It'd be nice to have a virtual office that doesn't double as my “real” office living room.
